Everything you've made — the name, the SKUs, the phenos, the legend — was designed to bring something back from the dead. There is one thing left that hasn't yet risen with it.
Your website
Where you stand now
When we first put Headstone online, you were small-batch B2B flower in Alberta. That site was right for that chapter. But look at what's happened since — a sales & processing licence, a catalogue that now runs from cured resin to live-rosin infused pre-rolls to edibles, and a footprint reaching across continents. The brand has graduated. The website hasn't.
Black Mountain Side — a Canadian Cannabis Cup finalist on its first crop. A craft reputation that's already international. Met by a site that still speaks like a local launch.
You named yourself for the death of a culture —
and built everything to bring it back.
A website that doesn't just list your craft — it performs your mythology. Built in motion, scored to scroll, unmistakably Headstone the second it loads.
What the new experience does
The homepage becomes a single cinematic journey — down through the soil, into the craft, and back up into the light. Visitors don't browse Headstone. They experience the resurrection the brand is named for. (You're scrolling through a small version of it right now.)
Headlines engrave themselves in gold as they enter the frame — the gilded lettering of a headstone, brought to light. Small, deliberate motion that makes the brand feel carved rather than typed.
Each pheno — Black Mountain Side, Strawbicanna, the next drop — gets a reveal worthy of its name: lineage, terpene profile, and the spooky lore, surfacing from the fog. Built to scale as the catalogue grows toward edibles and beyond.
Ambient fog, depth, and light that respond to motion give every page the cold, cinematic air of the farm at night — the mood your packaging already has, finally on the web. Premium, never costume-shop.
Move the cursor across the stone and the brand reveals its second self — the living plant beneath the monument. Every page hides depth that motion unlocks. Headstone never shows everything at once.
Three ways to rise
Every path builds onto the WordPress foundation you already own — you're elevating your investment, not replacing it. Priced as fixed projects at our standard $100/hr build rate. Choose where you want to land.
This is not a standard template build. Hand-choreographed scroll and motion design is specialised front-end engineering — built frame by frame, not dropped in from a theme. That craft is what you're investing in, and it goes directly onto the site you already own, so nothing you've already built is lost or rebuilt from zero.
Figures are fixed project prices — you know the number before we begin. Hosting and any premium plugin licences are itemized separately and renew annually. A detailed scope follows your chosen path.
Why us, again
The logo, the visual direction, the web presence — Headstone's look came out of the work we did with Lindsay to put the vision on the page. We already know the bones of this thing: the legacy, the edge, the craft. No agency would have to learn your story from scratch, and none would build onto the foundation you already paid for the way we will. We'd be resurrecting work we know intimately — fifteen years of studio craft behind it, and the motion expertise this brand has always deserved.
The next step
Tell us which path feels right — A, B, or C — and we'll send a detailed scope, timeline, and a short animated concept built on your real strains. No pressure, no obligation. Just a look at what Headstone could become.
