Creative Dreamer, Game Developer, and Storyteller
Hi, I’m Kelly Eros, the heart and hands behind Alchemy Interactive—a studio built on the belief that great stories make great games. My journey started with a love for creativity and curiosity, which has led me to explore a mix of graphic design, 3D modeling, web development, sound editing, and game design. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats, but the one I love most is game developer.
Building Worlds, One Pixel at a Time
Making games isn’t just a job—it’s my passion. Right now, I’m deep into developing SAK’D, a retro-inspired 2.5D platformer that pays homage to some of my favorite childhood classics like Wonderboy in Monster Land® and Castlevania®. The project started as a dream shared with an incredible team of volunteers, and though the pandemic threw a wrench in our plans, I wasn’t ready to give up. With a little grit, determination, and a lot of late nights, SAK’D has become my ultimate creative challenge—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Why Games?
For me, games are the perfect blend of art, storytelling, and interaction. They’re a way to invite players into worlds where they can explore, imagine, and connect. I’m obsessed with making experiences that resonate—whether it’s a laugh-out-loud moment with a quirky character or the thrill of overcoming a challenging level.
Creative Chaos, Managed
When I’m not working on SAK’D, I’m running Alchemy Interactive’s day-to-day operations, managing social media, designing websites, and diving into conceptual art and development. It’s a lot, but when you love what you do, it doesn’t feel like work.
Outside the Studio
I’m a lifelong learner and creative dabbler. Whether it’s practicing martial arts (including training at the Shaolin Temple in China!), painting, sculpting, or playing guitar, I thrive on exploring new skills and ideas. It’s this curiosity and passion that fuels my work and keeps me striving to make each project better than the last.

Meet Roland Baranowski, the tech wizard behind Alchemy Interactive’s magic. With over 16 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect, Project Manager, and Application Developer, Roland’s expertise in designing and developing business web applications and distributed systems is as impressive as his passion for gaming. A Microsoft Certified Solution Developer since 2005 and a graduate of the prestigious Warsaw University of Technology, Roland has turned his love of technology into an art form.
